For most of our client cladding cleaning sites, we use our abseiling team to clean the cladding as well as the windows. This means we can get 2 jobs done at the same time, saving our clients and their tenants time and disruption.

Cladding cleaning is best carried out using water fed poles and relatively hard brushes. The grime that can build up on buildings can be quite hard to shift, so our team are trained to carry out a thorough and consistent clean across the whole building using a range of other smaller tools for any really difficult patches.

This can depend on the time of year as dirt can build up more during certain seasons and caused by a range of factors including tree sap, saharan dust in summer storms, but also can be affected by traffic volumes and airborn pollution. We recommend getting cladding done at the same time as your windows while the team are roped up there anyway.
